You are correct. Evolution makes an assumption of how life actually begins and then builds on it. Nothing is observable or repeatable so it’s not even science. Notice that I didn’t say evolution is all false.
Or, that god just isn’t ready, yet.

#37 iirc, the old-time gas pumps that had the glass bulbs on top or so the owners of the station could make more money. When the glass in the bulb heats up from the sun, it expands and, Presto: they have more gas to sell at the same price.
