Sadly in the US that tends to bias the jury against you.
It's popular is some Asian tourist areas and the like. Most of the time it's fine, but you can't sanitize a live fish.So they spread disease etc.
It's not safe/sanitary, so I don't think it's legal in most developed countries.
If you go looking there are a few cases like this.

As a reminder, Commodore went bankrupt and was chopped up 30 years ago, this is just another company that owns the rights to the name and a few other assets. As for the phone, could be interesting, but not with a locked down OS that intentionally restricts what people can do on it. And this is a $500usd or more device, so it costs more then a budget smart phone and a dumb phone combined.

I'm not sure I have a favourite, but a good example I can think of right now is boiled cabbage, potatoes and corned beef. Corned beef is now a luxury item I can't justify, but that used to be a cheap food you'd have in the off season.

Small claims court is $100

Ya, he's burnishing and polishing the edges of the leather.
I would recommend you do it more often, like every 5 year or 100k miles (whichever is sooner) for both. Manufactures stretch the intervals so consumers have less maintenance to do at the expense of longevity. Transmission fluid in ice cars is a big offender of that.
I picked up 384gb of DDR4 (so last generation) server memory for a project a year ago, keep in mind this is old, used, and can't be used in a desktop. It's now worth 3x what I paid for it.
