Pros and cons and paths forward! - I haven't seen a weighted exposition in years. Everywhere I look is either sanctification or demonisation.

What 1 physical copy would do to preserve/democratize knowledge? A digitized version with backup is more durable and reliable. They won't share that because of copyright and that would happen regardless of AI or paper in a private library somewhere. Hate AI, but don't buy artificial rage baits. There are plenty of other legit reasons to get angry.

This is ridiculous! I find it outrageous how a single continuous text is split into 30+ mini blocks, and then stored as images! Separated images! And they posted as they were writing, no reviewing and editing for clarity?! Do they even want information to be understood?! /jk

What I meant was... imagine the "fragile" label as "I'm neurodivergent", then people just don't really change their handling and we (the package) end up that way.

This is the outcome I expect when people are clearly informed they are interacting with neurodivergence.

And some people still believe art is not always derivative.

I'm sorry for your loss. The personal one. Losing a parent can feel like losing the ground.

The only thing I've put up so far was the site: https://www.jurassicrally.com

Maybe I should turn the globe into a standalone semi-serious application, adding dynamic areas where different species likely lived, and work a bit on terrain deformation. Without the game progress holding back people from exploring all eras freely from start.

https://www.earthbyte.org/paleomap-paleoatlas-for-gplates/ - You'll find lots of cool data sources. There's a software you can tune the visualization like you said. I'm using some of that for an interactive game menu. /2mxuwE8.mp4

Thank you! That region of music was cloudy in my mind and it was bothering me that I couldn't pin point the song.

Hear hear. "Troll everything" is not the same as "thinking outside the box". It's now the expected boring behavior of normies. - are we on "it's cool to be square" phase finally? I wish americans had taken the troll out of the system before 2024 elections.

Now all you have to do is teach the rest of the country how to vote.

Music sounds like The Cure was in the training set of some AI "creation".

249 have a similar process that always result in that number: f(x) = x*0 + 249.

The problem isn't exactly the lack of young blood, but the rarity of good people like Sanders and AOC.

We couldn't even stop Trump from being elected and that should've been way more within our reach. Reagan supporters would likely think "if there's a time traveler trying to stop him, that means his election will make time travel a possibility, so we need to elect him harder!" Then you'd plea "you don't understand! CEOs in the future earn way more than 50 times their employees" and they'd just jizz their pants.
