You're relatively correct. As far as data is concerned, most studies were done on white dudes. Like a lot of medicine is just white dude data. So while treatment is usually the same shitshow for everyone, white dudes (like myself) tend to get better/faster diagnoses. Since treatment usually works better the faster its picked up, white dudes do statistically have it better when all other factors are equal.
