There are unfortunately people who are saying exactly that. It's the mark of idiocy and often also malice.
That's actually not how this works in real-life. Yes, you get the movement into the computer, but it then needs to be painstakingly adjusted and modified to fit the digital character and scene, to the point that the end result is often completely different. In most movies, motion and facial capture are more of a reference for the animators than anything else. If you don't do this sort of work, you end up with lots of clipping, sliding and awkward motions, like in many videogame cutscenes.
It reminds me more of performance capture (a combination of motion capture, facial capture and voice acting, all in one), which is what this ultimately is, just done more manually instead of with the aid of sensors and computers.
It's a thing on YouTube as well. Creators can have automatic answers to comments. You can easily tell, because they are ultra-generic.

The advantage is that they are much harder to intercept, which can actually result in them costing less per target destroyed than cruise missiles or long-range drones. Ukraine already has their own short-range ballistic missile, the 1KR1 Sapsan, which has a range of up to 500 km (officially - Western-aligned military forces tend to understate their capabilities).
Both are post-Soviet countries with similarly organized armed forces with comparable top-down command structures. Russian is also commonly taught in North Korean schools. However, I am not expecting this new batch of cannon fodder to be any better trained than the last one.
Worth noting that drone warfare was a lot less intense back then - and Ukraine didn't have the superiority in drone numbers and quality they are enjoying right now.
So many of them were absolutely befuddled by drones, with predictable results. Ukrainian drone pilots herded them together like sheep before blowing them up.
