Those spines aren't actually that hard. They're more pointy leaf than spike.
I work in regulatory compliance. Same boat. You literally can't sell a product without complying with standards, but we are seen as a roadblock...

Whales dive deep where it's cold and need to come back to the surface to a) breathe and b) warm up. Ocean sunfish do the same thing, go to the surface to sunbathe and warm up before diving for food.

They forgot to fill in the expiration date on mine. It was supposed to be good for 1 year, but I've had it for nearly 10 and I carry it in my wallet just in case.

Standard forklifts (like the one seen in the video) are in the 5-20k lbs range. Heavy duty ones for moving factory equipment can be around 80k lbs, and require their own semi to move it.
I played drums for about 5 years, and it was amazing how simple and simultaneously difficult it was playing with a basic kit.
CSA is a Canadian standards group. The C means Canada compliant, and the US means US compliant (for national deviations from the standard). The Omega symbol in the white triangle says that the boot sole is rated for 18,000 volts with 1 milliamp leakage current.
PLA. I have yet to experiment with ABS, as my current setup is in the house so that probably won't happen.

It said he shot off the circuit breaker. Even a UPS is only designed to supply backup power for a few minutes, especially on something as power hungry as a freezer.
I did have to add about 15 lb of sand in the middle to get it to sit at the correct water level, so hopefully the 3D print is strong enough to not mirror the real thing. I think it will be fine though.
