His worst triumph was getting the GOP to stop worrying about deficits and debt. Later the Iraq war was put on the USA credit card (debt selling treasuries) and no taxes went up. No millitary draft, so no protests from rich White kids. Reagan made all the millitary buildup painless and easy. We'll never get the bill for all that right?

In the USSR they re-wrote history books to make the leaders look good. Putin grew up in that world. No wonder Trump idolizes Putin.
Blaming others is very convenient and excuses your life problems as not your fault at all. So why even try? Other people have damaged you. It absolves you from the responsibility or making an effort and abdicates responsibility. You have to get over your background, and not everyone can or does. Birds, bear cubs, humans. Go forth and engage your reality. You might lose out, but don't jump from the 37th floor!! You made it that far!
This is a game about protectionism. Trump scored big with Midwestern voters when in 2016 Ford anounced they were moving a plant to Mexico, Hillary said nothing, and Trump said "if I was president..." Hillary didn't campaign in the Rust belt. I remember distinctly before the election hearing what he said and thinking "uh oh!" But still everyone thought Hillery would clean up vs Trump. None of his "if I was President.." statements ever meant much in reality but a swing state is a swing state
That’s the secret of his appeal, you have hit it. He sets out to infuriate the White losers who are under educated and resentful. Thanks to the heritage foundation he’s making war on national parks medical research and who cares about our alliances in Europe, we never liked Europeans anyway.

The Emoluments Clause of the Constitution states that anyone found to have taken money from a foreign government would be discharged from the government forever. This is apparently just a suggestion backed by zero enforcement. Like guidelines.
You may find this hard to believe but in America there are chains (plural) of hospitals filled with essentially brain dead patients kept "alive" at great expense,for profit, with no hope of recovery. They may be on vents, even on dialysis, getting triple antibiotics "forever" of without and attempt at resolution. Rectal tubes, IV feedings. Why? because someone is paying the bill. Someone is denying the ability to "pull the plug". Not saying that this is the case. Ask me how I know..

As a retired doctor, it's not likely that he is in a hospital and is secretly dead. He could posssibly be in a coma, be brain dead, be on a vent with no good chance of recovery, a lot of grey areas. He might just be very ill. I would bet he's in the ICU, on a vent, with his prognosis poor, but who really knows? Nobody at the hospital can leak his health info without breaking laws and violating ethics.

Having control of all the economic means creates elites who secure their own bag while pretending to have equality for the little guys. Let's pretend we have democracy, or let's pretend we have socialism. Let's pretend the top people care about you! We do see capitalism falling into feudalism, oligarchy. A system based on eternal oil growth sure isn't possible. In history, things collapse. Makes sense.

I think capitalism is very efficient at making winners and losers but at large scale you get huge winners (trillionaires). The huge losers are everyone else and the internet scales up to the max. Teddy Roosevelt was a Republican who realized that big business was threatening government’s power to control it. Trump invited tech moguls to sit at the table at G7! So it happened. They are going to control the nations.

So think how isolating that is if you just give up on society and stay home. Search out the others who DO stuff. D&D, chess, art museums, hiking, reading to the illiterate, teaching the disabled, volunteer at a hospital,read to old people, teach little inner city kids how to read or help em with their homework. You will feel soooo good. Always ask yourself "am I an introvert, or just self involved excessively?" Creativity is cool, dating is tough for many but a theater group has actual humans.
Leftists are good people at heart, so they act often from conscience, and may be so zealous or dedicated that they bristle if you tell them that they were led astray by their good intentions. Not supporting Kamala (whom they blamed for not saving the Palestinians in 2-3 moiinths that she was running) helped elect someone who will make wallets and lampshades out of Palestinians. It’s dismaying for the Russians in Moscow and Crimea by the comments of the witnesses and influencers. Some are puzzled about why they don’t supply more gas. If this isn’t fixed by Winter, then what?
Obama care is medicaid and if more young people enroll, they use insurance less frequently than older people. You WANT a lot of members who aren't using resources because if there are no pre-existing conditions people can wait until they are ill and go to the emergency room.
