What Schedule was the pipe? Schedule 5 aluminum would have a wall thickness of 0.065 inches, but Schedule 40 would be over 2x thicker, and Schedule 80 would be more than 3x thicker.
That happened to me once as a kid. I think it was the Lords of Destruction expansion for Diablo 2 but I don't remember anymore.
It's funny because if you look at just the color of the country and dot in the legend it matches the general area of the Ivory Coast, but the exact placement and border shape is all kinds of wrong. I didn't even bother to check the color coordination of the rest
Would have been a great path to an alternate ending, I was surprised they didn't do that as a "What If" style DLC
I think how they used Lady D worked really well for the game. Used her as the main feature for marketing, but she was the first major boss so none of the trailers or ads focused on her could spoil the full game's plot. You're bummed when she's gone but then you're also like "well at least I know there's 4 other bad guys that I'll be fighting".
Seems like he could have just packed the cast with stars for the rest of the major characters and kept Hayter... Weird decision
The meat and cheese is another story, generally a full ham or hunk of cheese ships better than pre-sliced. But that could still be handled on site, just with workers prepping it and putting out a bunch in the morning and refilling sold stock a couple times per day. 2 slicers, 1 scale, and a fridge that's 1/5 the size of the current fridge.Yeah some people would bitch because they can't request their preferred thickness, but even that could be accommodated pretty easily while saving space/money
That's a lot of space being used, mostly just to give the illusion that you're getting fresh food. The hot food items? In a freezer in the back, then blasted in a convection oven or microwave (I forgot to account for the fridge/freezer in the back of the deli as additional space and cost in my first comment). Potato salad? Shipped on a truck in giant container, right next to the individual containers of the same stuff.2/3
Yeah they are definitely added expense. At local grocery stores around here the deli counter is usually 15-30 feet long, depending on if they just do meat/cheese or if they also do potato/pasta salads, hot food items, etc. The deli cases are built more for display than storage, so they fit maybe 1/3 of what a normal waist-high shelf can hold. Plus you have the work area behind the counter (10-20 ft), dedicated deli staff, and expensive food prep equipment.1/2
The triangle screw is funny because there's a few screwdriver types will work on them just fine, provided they can fit in the triangle in a way that they won't spin inside the triangle. Like flatheads and Robertson screwdrivers.It's not ideal and could damage the screw or driver if too much torque is needed but in my experience most security screws don't take much power to unscrew.

They would clear all trees near the construction because even if the tree wasn't directly impeding construction, all the work would likely damage the trees to the point they probably wouldn't survive anyways. As another user said, there are trees behind the houses, which would have been clear of the construction area.As for not replanting in the front yard, part of the "appeal" of these developments (not to us, to those who buy/sell these houses) is the uniformity and simple lawn maintenance
If I were to take a wild guess, I would say it's a combo of two things:1. They have a garage that's open and people were mostly using the door in the garage.2. Some people are used to locking the front door whenever they go in, so they do it without thinking.So it's likely that once the party was going mom or dad went in through this door and locked it without thinking. Yeah if anything that's less than I expected. 75 cameras (equipment/installation/maintenance) + data transmission + storage for 30 day retention + "secure" access to the data + the whole separate drone system thing, all for what I assume to be for a full year? That's pretty cheap.
Gotta at least break it out by the category of what the money is spent for. Individual repairs/maintenance, small purchases up to X dollars? No approval, but maybe a monthly or quarterly cap on those types of purchases and anything more does require approval.But for signing (or renewing) a new contract with a vendor that lasts months or years? That needs a much lower cap on what requires approval.
