Unpopular opinion so here goes: as a gen who grew up with a set of values that defined our society, it’s not easy to let go of something that you’ve known for most of your life. Does it make me a bad person because I can’t say the correct pronouns, because I can’t let go of the name I worked really hard to choose for you, because I chose to show my continued love by not imposing my convictions and beliefs on you. acceptance and respect go both ways. If you slander or get mad, are you accepting?
If the level of media, social media posts (even directly by the perpetrators), political speeches, protests in multiple countries, condemnation by the UN delegates have not created awareness, then the point of your counter argument is lost on me.
This is literally the equivalent of sending a card that only says THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS. Current administration of Israel AND USA does not give a damn about the UN.

If this ever becomes true that he was innocent, then I petition that all who denied him the chance to prove his innocence should be charged with pre-meditated murder.
