Right you are Ken!
32, yep.
Cheesecake for me.
Same here! Drives me nuts
I did something similar, with a similar result about 4 years ago, it almost made me quit cooking, still looking to get out tbh.
Sometimes it's hard when you're finally getting something you've worked for, the red flags are easier to ignore.
AOE 4 comes out October 28!

Dealing with that right now, yeeeeeeyy
Try again! Yellow mustard helps without too much flavour and try with *everything* chilled, cold = easier emulsifing.
Disney+ and amazon prime both have it.
Growing some peppers from seed this year too! I started them a couple days ago and check no less than 3x per day ??
Made me laugh out loud, +1
I'm the same! Spicy mustard is best ?
The stomach upset can be from the hot peppers too, also improper cooling technique, but I wouldn't be surprised about skins being bad too
Huh, I've never heard of that, I eat tomatoes with the skin on and I've cooked professionally for a decade but you learn every day! 1/2
Personal preference probably. Wouldn't be the worst idea but if you're lazy some peel won't hurt ya
Happy birthday! 32's been great to me so far
I hear that, there are days where you just know that it's going to be SUCH a day.
I replied to zagibu with a longer version. TL;DR: I'm finding worth in my life outside work, not spending stress on work anymore.
I cook professionally, I love it and where I work but I don't want or need the added stress of running kitchens anymore.
I'm way happier doing a more "menial" job that I can leave at work and pursue hobbies and interests outside of work for growth and joy. 2/3
Surprisingly no, I do agree with that statement however. I realized that I don't want to be management again (I was for 4 years) 1/?
I've had a life changing epiphany during it! I had enough time to actually think, and once I figured it out I'm the happiest I've ever been.

Are...are you a guy though?

Thank you kind stranger, for this gift on my birthday!
