he/him Michigan USA. Computer programmer, avid camper and swimmer. Politically moderate but vehemently anti-Trump. Have a fantastic wonderful day!
The gummy is a lot better for my health. But health is just one dimension of what's important when someone wants to feel a bit altered/buzzed.
I can split a 6-pack with a friend for $10-ish and drink three beers, or buy my own pint of vodka for $5, and feel a LOT better the next morning than if I have a 10mg gummy. The gummy will last a long longer - which was good when I was going partying in my 20s, but when I'm going out for two hours with a babysitter at home - the couple beers is a MUCH better option because I get a wee buzz but I'm not intoxicated when I get back to my kids. Everyone's situation is different.
I feel terrible the entire next morning when I have marijuana - whether it's a joint, or an edible, or a vape. My eyes feel like they're dry and bugging out of my head, and it's hard to think clearly and concentrate on work. And that's on a 10mg dose. I'm not saying alcohol is better - but edibly gummies aren't a panacea that takes away all the problems of drugs - productivity, groggy feeling, car accidents caused by intoxication...
58.9% of age 21-25 in the USA are "regular drinkers" (not heavy or binge drinkers). This is lower than some previous generations - but I think "they don't drink either" is quite a silly exaggeration.
Prevent floods, plus shallow slope = exponentially more materials and more land around the body of water.

Don't generalize. My mom is 78 and can out-drink most 20/30/40-somethings (including myself) when she is in the mood to party.
But here's the thing - seven of the eight performers who ended up performing at that Riyadh extravaganza have a GREATER net worth than Weird Al. Dave Chappelle, Bill Burr, Louis C.K., Aziz Ansari, Kevin Hart, Jo Koy, Jimmy Carr all have higher estimated net worths. Only Pete Davidson has a lower net worth than Weird Al ($8M vs $20M). So it isn't like the people who took the job are financially strapped or up-and-comers who are new to the biz.
As someone from Indiana - the catfish skill (both catching and cooking) is excellent in parts of Indiana.
I was the same weight for 20 years, then put on 30lbs when I quit cigarettes and still haven't gotten rid of it 4 years later.
Much higher resolution:
He already did it:
I mean - he could be bringing up his assigned gender at birth for fun, as something completely unrelated to whether or not this does it for him.
Yes. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WL0CHV9L19k
This has big Ron Swanson energy.
Confession: I've always confused Sam Neill and Hugo Weaving for my entire life. It might not make any sense. They don't even look alike. But if you randomly asked me who was in The Matrix and who was in Jurassic Park (when neither of them are currently in the news), I suspect I would get it wrong 25% of the time.
It's "do it honk?"
Probably trying to get a high five from one of the videographers involved.
I love Canada. Much like our friends to the North could without our current orange shitstain of a President, I could do without Trudeau or his replacement Carney ... but I love Canada and Canadians.
It is not at all stolen valor (in a legal sense) to post an image of yourself at military school. He does not claim to have served, he claims no rank, and he is not wearing a military uniform. It is simply bullshit to mislead his ignorant fan base.
I've ridden one. But have never been thrown off one, nor played with any settings.
Yep, I've ridden one. Which is why your comment confused me so much. "Then the battery realized it's working too hard and yeets them off. They were lucky. I own a onewheel and unless you hack it, the defaults really don't let you do this."
Oh I agree what they're doing is stupid as hell. And I can't stand teenage girls in general. But I don't get how two 90lb girls stacked together are more likely to be thrown off than one uncoordinated middle-aged man.
What do you mean by "working too hard"? Too much change in momentum? You can't mean weight limit. Those two weigh MUCH less than I do by myself, and my OneWheel has a 275 lbs (125kg) weight limit.
Isn't saying "since you're white, you're boring, and your name should be Greg" straying into racist territory?
There's a difference between "they might not expect a white dude" (nobody said he was pale) versus "picking that name is a little far" which is the comment to which I was responding.
I had a white friend named Tyrone growing up. It's a traditional Irish name. But it definitely has a "black" connotation and people always made comments about his name.
