In one of my art history classes we covered this practice in depth, was interesting to learn that a lot of times the monks would draw little jokes and lewd commentary within some of the art they created. If another came along to "freshen up" the manuscripts, they would sometimes add on or illustrate even more graphic detail.
It isn't in this clip, but it is in the episode.
I caught that in the original episode and I laughed so hard and went "oh they didn't!" and had to skip back a few frames and saw they totally did!
That just brought me straight back to high school marching band drill to this one.
I hate these trees with a passion! So glad we finally had ours removed from our front yard.
Reminds of when the "Pioneer Woman" first got big from her blog and I remember one of her recipes sounded eerily like one I had in a church cookbook I inherited from my grandma. Sure enough, exact same recipe. Turns out, she plagiarized a bunch of those cookbooks and got rich(er) without any consequences.
A lot of people believe that Jim "Dandy" Mangrum was who David Lee Roth based his stage persona on.
Lita, Sandy, Cherie, did a documentary in 2004 called Edgeplay and they cover a lot of the abuse that occurred. Joan refused to participate in it though.
She hates herself for loving you.
That's was her manager at the time during her Runaways period. Kim Fowley, he was a huge POS to them.
It is for the more coastal areas around Houston. This area is probably on the NW side of Harris County which doesn't have the same requirements because we're 30-50 miles inland from where the worst hurricane force winds come ashore...until this week.
Add me to the club. I'm coming up on the 17th anniversary of my dad's "Independence Day" just know that I'm happy to lend an ear or provide inappropriate memes. It's a suck ass club to be in, but we get it. Just remember, grief is like waves sometimes. The rogue waves outta nowhere are the most fun /s
We either did robot, bad break dancing, but mostly it was the Molly Ringwald dance from Breakfast club with various arm flailing gestures.
Toooooeeee Piiiiick!
I highly suspect you're being denied by your employer, not the ADA. I have several employees who are WFH under ADA accommodations. Our leave administrator actually recommends the Accommodations to us. If your company has a leave administrator you can ask them if your employer is denying it by claiming WFH is an unreasonable accommodation.
CJ Stroud, quarterback for the Houston Texans is the second guy.

Yes. They sound terrifying.
Somehow this rendition makes that song even creepier.
Maximus hopping around in to "It's a Man" had me laughing so hard during that scene.
Fun fact, after binge watching the series, I started a new playthrough. I was absolutely floored to see a painting of the actor who played Codsworth laying around in the Museum of Freedom in Concord.
I work a lot with recruiters and one of the things most people don't realize is that if you apply to a company with one resume, it stays in their applicant tracking system. If you change or upload a different resume, it will recognize you and show the edits between the two. Recruiters can flag your application if you drop employers off of it and prevent your resume from going through for consideration because they question the changes or think you're hiding something.
Definitely. I have never had the issue with the sweating/hot flashes that so many report. But I've made up for it with the hormonal insanity and all of the other symptoms on like 11. I feel like I'm finally stabilizing a bit more. But I understand now why women can snap during this time.
Probably because every day starts with two tylenol and two ibuprofin to get to the next day. ;)
Same. So sick of painting everyone with a red brush and assuming we're all idiots or we can just up and leave and go somewhere else. The only thing stopping this state from being deeply red are those of us in the cities fighting like hell to turn us purple.
Same
