I’ve had male partners tell me I don’t need to shave down there if I don’t want to. I do it because it’s more comfortable for me.
I just read a book recently that has cool Harry Potter vibes mixed with sci-fi. It’s called The Everling and the Acid King.
Congratulations! I also quit alcohol first and used weed as a crutch for a while. I was only able to stop when I realized it was a crutch I didn’t actually need, that I could feel good and normal without it. That realization gave me the strength to start saying no. And then I also started hitting the gym regularly. I’m about 4 months out from quitting / starting the gym. Life is good.
But it does make entertainment.
Honestly there are some movies it works for. The first avatar in 3D… I felt like I was IN the forest of Pandora. @_@

Lost my grandpa last week too. One day I’ll be fine and the next I’ll be oscillating between openly crying / staring off into the distance and contemplating my depression while my partner tries to talk to me about normal stuff. I think we’ll get through it.
