The difference is dems provided incentives for US automakers to build their own EVs. Trump threw out all of that immediately and they immediately stopped working on them.

Tired, hungry, sick, stressed people are easier to control.

Happy accident.

We weed them out by voting in the primaries. Like it or not, we're a two-party system and have been since just about the country's inception. If we want to change the system, we have to change the party. We have to vote for people that want to do that in the primary. Aside from that, not voting in the general doesn't change anything. Vote harm-reduction always. Non-voters won every election besides one (1) in the last 100 years. Look where that got us.

And there are establishment dems in the media already jumping on the red scare rhetoric. Less than 10 DSA style candidates won primaries and all of a sudden the corporate liberals are afraid of the "slippery slope into communism." (I specify "establishment" and "corporate" dems bc it's not all of them.)

Damn, it got me this time. I blame it on having been 3 o'clock in the morning.

"For profit prisons" can go while we're at it.

Thanks. We were just talking past each other I think.

Pardon me for thinking "what is his plan to put billionaires in their place?" and "I'd like to know more about his plan for changing things" meant you wanted to know more about his plan to put billionaires in their place and his plan for changing things. Why did *you* get spicy about being linked to info? Most ppl appreciate sources. If you bothered to read the sections "Corruption & Democracy" & "Taxes & Cost of Living" (the 1st 2 sections) you'd have seen the specific policy proposals.

I'm so sorry, that sounds really hard. I'm lucky that I live in a decent sized city at least. I wish I had some advice, but I've never lived rural.

I was given this advice and it's somewhat working: find somewhere you can make a difference to ppl on a local level. There's not much we can individually affect except the ppl around us. I started working at our local serving center (clothes/homegoods/grocery charity,) seeing actual people being helped irl, by me, is doing just enough to stave off depression. It still sucks that so many need the help but seeing ppl doing the helping gives a bit of hope. Added bonus less time to doomscroll.

I can't even find a job online.

I provided you the link. You said you wanted to know more. His entire detailed plan is laid out there. Current character limits make copying and pasting its entirety into the comments for you a bit more labor intensive than I feel like fucking with.

Radar used to take his toy mouseys to the food bowl and "kill" them as he ate. Very fierce.

Unless you live in Kentucky or are a repub, this should be a non-issue. Dead or not, he's hasn't been voting. That's good. All his votes are bad for the country.

It's almost as if we enforced food safety regulations for a reason. This and water pollution were my biggest fears at the start of this fuckwad administration and lo and behold... Wtf are we supposed to do when we can't trust our food is safe to eat?? I can't even enjoy schadenfreude when the maga get salmonella poisoning bc that means innocent children are getting it, too.

I remember seeing a buzzfeed poll that asked if you would drink milk past the date Like, 70% said no. That's always seemed pretty insane to me. You can very clearly tell when milk has gone bad. It smells and tastes terrible.
Anyway, I was raised in a "just cut off the bad bits" household. Maybe that's why I have no trouble identifying when foods can be salvaged.

Kyle Kulinski had a bit yesterday where he showed Nick Fuentes of all fucking assholes going off about how the GOP/turmp are horrendously corrupt and the dems are the ones who actually care about America. Like, wow. I can't believe someone like that even sees it.
(Don't get it twisted! This doesn't make Fuentes an ally. He is a disgusting misogynistic racist and anti-semite that will damn-near-certainly never change.)
(Same with Tucker and MTG while we're at it.)

He's wildly inflating the tariff 3 months before the 2028 election, which is an interesting choice. Voters memories are not so short that they won't remember paying a shit ton more for October's prescriptions.

That's how I used to do it on the vending machine. People at the office called me Inspector Gadget (go go gadget arm!)

A great deal of American produce is imported from Mexico, including what they suspect is causing the outbreak.
