This could have been easily avoided by installing the update to a computer, rebooting and observing the results. How in the world did this pass QA testing? It's not like it was something that would cost huge amounts of time and money to test, but now it will cost a shitload of money. Probably best to dump your stock of Crowdstrike if you have any.
