Even Rollercoaster Tycoon wasn't coded entirely in Assembly - it used high-level code to access OS resources like DirectX. You know, to actually draw something on the screen. Also, it was released before multicore processors were available to the public. Making a PC game in Assembly today would be a massive fool's errand, unless you're making something extremely retro and specifically targetting something like old IBM hardware.

Better still, get the best of both worlds. Dust off that old Amiga, and then get a Gotek USB floppy emulator because 80% of your old disks are probably broken anyway, including the one that has Turrican on it and you're not going to let retro purism get between you and Turrican.
And from that it's easy to extrapolate the rest of the months. 25 days in March, 22 days in April etc.
