I disagree. Weddings can often be the only occasion when two extended families come together and friends from opposite sides of the world share a drink. I have beard people say "Do you remember X wedding" many times. You're right in that it should be focused on the desires of the celebrating couple, but throwing a good party is about focusing on the vibes before the logistics and a lot of people get bogged down in what they *think* a wedding should be rather than what they actually want
idk mate. its pretty easy and non controversial to use the pronouns people ask you to. You've been doing it since you were a child, just a lot of the asking was unspoken. You probably correctly gendered a trans person more than once as a kid and had no idea because they "passed" as the presumed gender. Wanting it to be spoken instead of assumed is super easy
Do not preempt your thinking in a destructive way. If you overwork delicate joints like wrists when they are already actively hurting when you attempt the activity you are ignoring your body desperately telling you if you dont stop you'll experience long term/permanent damage. Please OP. For the sake of future you. Put the supplies in a locked cupboard or in the care of a loved one if you need to. Otherwise you may lose access to more than just this skill.

they're a pretty straightforward product... and not too expensive. I wash mine occasionally but for the most part just toss them back in my grocery bags to take to the store after the produce is put in kitchen storage

wellll... there are some extreme cases where those judgements activate a tribalist "us or them" mentality that spurs people to violence. Thats why a part of our brain is vigilant against what others may be thinking but not saying. Its important to liase with that part and make sure its informed by reality and not biases picked up passively throughout ones life
