Yes, she was hot, and yes, the show was about human-animal gene spliced super-soldier kids, but mostly I watched it because of the post-apocalyptic bike messengers chilling out, hanging with friends, and pissing off their weird boss. That was kind of an awesome vibe.
That's a lovely bunch of coconuts.
Nah. She'll just say that this is to crack down on all the "illegals" ripping off Medicaid or something, so it's fine. Religion destroyed her critical-thinking abilities decades ago.
I cannot stop laughing. That was awesome.
"Medicare for All is just the Democrats wanting access to everybody's medical records." - my mom, last month.
save us from what? what's it going to save us from, billionaire? what's this existential threat that humanity needs to be saved from?
The legal precedent has been that your fifth amendment rights protect you from being forced to reveal your password as that involves forcing you to potentially incriminate yourself. Your face and your fingerprint are not similarly protected, and you can be compelled to unlock a device with a face-scan or fingerprint. Not that the current administration knows or cares about the difference, and they've already firmly established that the constitution isn't welcome at borders.
Loved the drums, lyrics were kind of depressing. Some guitar and bass would've helped this tune a lot.
I don't know you, stranger, but I like the way you think.
Make these kids sit through "Breakin' 2: Electric Boogaloo". It was enough to cure me of any interest in breakdancing, maybe it'll help them too.
Unfortunately, Matthew 19:14 is all I can come up with. "But Jesus said, Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me"
"If every country agreed" is the part that makes this idea a fantasy rather than a solution. I'm in the US and we can't even get *this* entire country to agree that children's birthday parties are more fun when you don't invite the Nazis. The only way to make 8 billion people agree on something is to subjugate them completely, and that's just a different kind of evil.I think this is a solvable problem, but the solution will have to account for human nature, and humans do terrible things.
Hard to say; I didn't comment either of those things. You thought them up, you'll have to tell us.
My parents are both trump supporters and i've asked these questions. For them it boils down to believing that Trump's a christian (i know, right?), that God put him in charge to fix America and make it a Christian nation, that all the stuff he says and Fox News says is true, everything else is a lie, anything he said that doesn't sound right was a joke, and anybody who disagrees is demon-possessed.Unfortunately, there's no rationality left to have an argument with.
She's not right. She's daydreaming. Even if the entire world came together in an unprecedented show of reason, compassion, and responsibility and completely overhauled everything, it would only last until the first few started thinking about themselves, their greed, their desire for respect and power they feel they deserve. And then it starts all over again.Humanity could be beautiful if it weren't for all the humans.
But, but God chose him! Kenneth Copeland said...

Well, to be fair, socialist countries aren't quite like that either. The problem is that communism, socialism, and even capitalism, are all very good workable ideas until actual people get involved and their greed and lust for power fucks it all up.I'm not an anarchist. I just view government as a necessary evil, as not having one would be worse for everybody. I think socialism - where important industries are owned collectively - is probably the most likely recipe for a healthy society.
I remember my mom when she was compassionate and generous. I remember sitting in the car with her when she turned around, went home, dug a spare coat out of the garage, and drove back to a shopping center to give that coat to a homeless woman who wasn't dressed for the weather. I remember who she used to be before Fox News and Maga ruined her, and I miss the person she was. She's gone, and I mourn her, even though I still see the person she's become every day.
I meant to ask for a big-tiddy-GOTH-girlfriend, not a big-tiddy-GOAT-girlfriend. Stupid autocorrect.
ANSI art, especially the animated stuff. That was always kind of neat.
Look, multiple companies have been making inkjet printers for 30 years now, and it's getting really hard to make sure that every new printer cannot possibly work with any other ink cartridge ever produced.
Lazy cats and dogs just don't want to work, that's all. Using taxpayer money to ... well... help taxpayers... who need money... that's just un-American. That money is for bailing out banks and bombing people for oil.But maybe with more of this, American can grow into something better.
She'd lose her shit when she saw how I adjust the brightness and contrast so I can actually SEE the goddamn movie that the director shot in the dark for some stupid reason.
If we force people to obey the rules in the Bible, and compel them to participate in Christian rituals, then maybe they can sneak in some back-door to Heaven and God won't notice, and they won't have to do the whole Salvation thing. This is clearly heresy.Wait, dear Christian, you say I'm wrong? Then Is it just American freedom you hate? Or is your faith so weak that you can't maintain it unless compelled to by law? Should God honor your choice to serve him when you had no choice?
Now I finally understand why Fievel went west.
Besides losing one's arms or something, how does someone become an ex-swimmer?
This "who are you with?" bullshit. Reporters ought to start answering that with "The American People".
