your·self pronoun 1. used to refer to the person being addressed as the object of a verb or preposition when they are also the subject of the clause. "help yourselves, boys" 2. you personally (used to emphasize the person being addressed). "you're going to have to do it yourself"

I for one would be very interested to see 800 bicycles being pushed at the same time, preferably down a fairly good sized hill.
Actually no, but I really want to see is a fully automatic bicycle roller with a clip of 800 bicycles just ready to go. Just press a button and it launches all 800 bicycles, one at a time, and then we can see how well this simulation really worked!

Wow. Hello fellow old person. I, too, was there when the Internet screamed when awoken to allow you to check your mail. "You got mail" was the best.

I've been volunteering at local middle school and high school for the past 11 years, working with the drama program after school. Essentially every single kid calls me Dad, and it always means the world to me.

No, I wouldn't. I've spent my career working with those kind of systems. I've got three different USB to serial protocol adapters in my work backpack.

I'm the guy that says "it's not a DB9, that shell size is actual E. The standard density 25 pin connector is a B size shell."

This thing should have a gyro stabilized platform on top, with a beer. Want to really impress me? Don't spill the beer.

In a pinch, remember that Excel has a function that will convert a character to an ASCII code (CODE) and another function that will convert a number into a character (CHAR). And if you're into that kind of thing, it also can convert to and from binary octal and hexadecimal. But I'm not judging, what you do in your personal time is your business.

Done. The map has been modified to alternate the spin of the photons that emanate from the area of the map associated with the IRS sorting facility located in holtsville, New York. This modification works whether you are viewing the map electronically or if you print it out hard copy. If you would like to suggest other modifications, please submit them via tachyon at least 2 hours prior to me submitting the original post. For those of you who are unfamiliar, tachyons travel backwards in time.

Replace the CMOS battery, likely a 2032(coin battery). I've literally "fixed" dozens of computers this way.

The year before I started high school they removed the card punch machine from the computer lab, and installed Apple IIe computers at every seat. They also installed a second lab three years later (my last year) with Tandy Model III desktop computers. That's the year I learned Assembly. Good times, good times!

Apologies, I couldn't find this without cheesy music, and I'll die before reposting that crap. But I was just trying to get people to post more of the lyrics, which worked a little bit, so I'm happy with it.
The song is "The Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald" by Gordon Lightfoot

+1 for imgurtutionalized. This should be a thing. We really should make this a thing. "That was a meh post, but after it got imgurtutionalized, it got really, really weird. I love it!"
