Nope, the King cannot pass any fields threatened by enemy pieces during Castling. Only the rook on his starting field may may be threatened without making Castling illegal
#3 There is another condition for Castling - it must be the kings and the towers first move in the game, so you can't use it after clearing a check situation by moving the king away for example.
I mean, you only post about cats, so it was kinda to be expected ;D
Stuff like this is why you do not pay at least 40-50% before the job is done and finished.

Yep, big trees need regular checkups every 1-2 years.
Also some of them seemed already sick and/or rotten inside - those should've been cut down years before.
