I've seen over 500 animes. Some are 5 episodes, others 500. Quite a few I've seen multiple times. I'd go nuts if I watched all the intros and outros. Me and my friends settled on watching first, last, and whenever it changes. When I'm alone I usually skip until the final episode because they tend to have minor spoilers/hints and I like going in super blind.
