Just like everything, some people think mediocre is fine and some want to be the best, even in entertainment. In this case, the guy is a streamer, so he's here to entertain other people to get more subs (money). You can rake in a lot more money if you're the best in the world at anything. In the end, it usually just comes down to money.

Western people will probably uncomfortable about bones in whole fish, but for Asian it's not that big of a deal, it's like eating sunflower seeds to us, we can just spit out the bones If needed. The bones of the small fish in the OP post are probably crunchy and edible.

The cargo bed rarely get used? I always thought people get pickup trunk because they need the cargo bed for carrying work/craft stuff around
