This is several verses further into the song than I remember. I just recall Harry Truman, Doris Day, Red China, Johnny Ray
About $40 billion of which was other people's money, too.
OK, but the grammar of that makes it implicit that if you're *not* having a bad day, you can basically go fsck yourself.
Real lap dogs use *all* the lap.
"1300 hours" is correct phrasing if you're actually using military time. "1300" is correct if you're using 24-hour time, like many global populations do. Source: military veteran, learned military time as well as 24-hour time. Bonus trivia you don't care about: if you're trying to be extremely military about it, you'll give it in Zulu time and let the listener figure out how to covert to local time.
Christ I hate it when the Quora answer uses a lot of information and gets all the important bits wrong. Gunpowder doesn't explode, it deflagrates; the bullet is under constant downward accelleration even as it climbs because it's a ballistic trajectory; wind currents don't push bullets very far (see ballistic calculators); "full sized" rifle rounds range from 275m/s (subsonic rounds) to over 1400m/s (light-for-caliber bullets getting pushed by a lot of propellant gas)
Look, you can have your Christ and your Bible, but you get evangelical and we've got more beef than Argentina. "And when you pray, do not be like the hypocrites. For they love to pray standing in the synagogues and on the street corners to be seen by men. Truly I tell you, they already have their full reward. 6But when you pray, go into your inner room, shut your door, and pray to your Father, who is unseen. And your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you." -Matthew 6:6
"cracking corn" isn't crushing it.
All posts from OPs account are politics. 'nuff said, yeah?
As long as we don't observe him, however, he'll be at least partly alive.
I say anywhere from 25 to 40 just because some people can't hack the 80s and early 90s EGA / early VGA graphics. No harm.
On the bright side, you've got anywhere from 25 to 40 years of RPG history to pick through to get the gems. You'll be dead of old age before you finish all of the really good RPGs that have *already* been made.

This is the guy who also dances in costume with a bunch of lights in his mouth, right? It's the exact same dance, anyway.
Firefly skewed the amount-of-attractiveness-on-the-TV-screen averages so much it's almost hard to look back at the mid-90s shows that immediately preceded it and be much impressed.
Look, the thing about the ultimate antagonists in Tolkien's Middle earth cosmology is that invariably they're just a metaphor for the inherent evil of mankind in the real world, viewed through the lens of Judaeo-Christian concepts of original sin, which is why they're essentially always a matryoshka doll of villainy, with the acts of one compounding into the next

"Can't get drunk" presumably because the average Marine's alcohol tolerance is so high they just can't afford enough on their salary.
I feel like maybe you're not clear on what the "cottage" part of cottagecore means.
That's a pretty rich red carpet on that table. I bet you could go three or four degrees off true and not roll a ball a micron, on that covering. That said, I do acknowledge that you can see the people adjusting their balance, so it's clearly rolling harder than typical, regardless of how true the table is matching.
Those tend to have a rocky reception, that's true, but as long as you keep the set interesting and don't boris them too much, there's nat asha-ually much to worry about.
Either that table is being overdriven for show or they're in a hurry to get out of whatever storm caught them. Cruise ships never rock that much. Hell, they rock one degree and four thousand people start spewing like they've never been on an actual boat before.
"It sounds nothing like it, and the words are totally different, but if you think about they're basically the same."
In the US, drawing a gun but not shooting it is almost always the crime of "brandishing". If you take a license to carry class - or whatever it's called in your state - you'll learn early on that you do not pull your gun unless you intend to use it. If you pull it and the person immediately retreats, then you don't shoot, and you have a legal excuse to prevent a brandishing charge, because you elected not to shoot once the threat ended, instead of just showing off the gun.
In the USA it wouldn't be an improper escalation. We've got a lot of laws around firearm use, and imgur *definitely* isn't the place for actual fac based discussion of them, but the fact that the "prankster" was 6'5" and younger than the shooter actually makes his harrassment constitute deadly force, which doesn't just mean "will kill you" but also means "or will potentially hurt you significantly". The YouTuber escalated it to deadly force, the shooting was symmetrical force.
POLYdactyly, duh. He's two or more dinosaurs.
Polydactyly so he can hold a sai or katana or bo or nunchaku. Clever cat.
