It's cattail, the tip broken apart. I had a small box for kindling and forgot it there. Of course Viiru dived in :DIt's very good kindling, even in humid.

That's why I said I will grow it indoors?
I figured I'd be able to grow it till like maybe 4 or 5 feet tall indoors so it would be green tho it's not evergreens. Might serve a Christmas tree for a year or two so it's green
