I am so sorry op. I am not sure where you are located, but being in FL myself, I understand how things are getting scarily bad fast. ALL my LGBTQ+ peers have fled the state since October. ALL of them. You are not alone in this, though I know it sometimes feels that way. Do you have a community of peers (even virtual) you can connect with?

You start at 425 for 15. Then turn it down to 350 for 45 to 55 mins. The initial 425 helps the pie set
