That depends on the show. The laughs are often the audience that was there, but they might use the audience recording from the first take if they had to redo something since it's usually not as funny the 5th time. Seinfeld for example, if you watch it the actors often pause to wait for the audience reaction to die down so you can hear them. Those are entirely the real audience reactions.

Trump can't pardon charges brought in the UK. As soon as Trump is out of power the UK or Romanian authorities can just request extradition again.
Which only lasts as long as Trump is in power.Since the charges are not American Trump can't make them go away, only provide a temporary shield.

At the border you have no rights.Do not carry anything across it you don't want the government to read. They can in fact demand you unlock your devices and hold you without food or water until you do. It doesn't matter if you're a citizen or not. This is long long established US law.
