It was campy. And had the look and feel of the adam west batman for me, but it was cool, and I was able to watch it all. The thing I was looking for was how to translate how cool spike from the anime was to the live action, but maybe it was just the casting for spike that didn't do it for me. The acting was good, just a very different spike from what I was expecting.
