I assumed a wavelength of 687.5nm for red, and a wavelength of 440nm for blue. 687.5nm / 440nm gives a lorentz factor of 1.5625. That means v = 0.7683749085c
If the "bicameral mind" bit is a reference to the ideas in this book, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Origin_of_Consciousness_in_the_Breakdown_of_the_Bicameral_Mind , it's not a well supported idea.
