Apply constitutional principles to the workplace. The bicameral legislature would have one chamber that represents employees and the other chamber represents stockholders. Corporate chief officers (the equivalent to the president and cabinet) would require the advice and consent of both chambers in some capacity.

I'm familiar with the paradox of intolerance. I'm not saying "let's tolerate these people/ideas," I simply don't want to hate them. I believe that hate is an unhealthy emotion.
I would argue it is hate. I'm opposed to bigotry. I don't like it and I don't like people that are bigots. However, I want to be consistent with my beliefs, and hating the hateful is still hatred. I'm frustrated, sometimes even downright sad... but I endeavor to examine my own feelings if I feel like I'm being hateful at all.
