I just wish people would let it be. The original series was timeless and live action adaptations aren't going to improve upon it. Korra was a mixed bag but was enjoyable in places. I just wish people would quit milking it.

At least it isn't rings of power levels of insulting to the fans

If plot reasons or something being fiction mattered to them than people wouldn't constantly bring it up

Grease the mechanism but leave the blade dull and rusty

to be clear this isn't saying the rock and roll hall of fame has a bad history or anything before this. The rock and roll hall of fame only started the year before she was inducted

Even when they're experiencing an incredible surge of player numbers they haven't seen in ages Bethesda still f**** it up

I mean in complete honesty that does look very hard to play and i respect the effort it took to reach that point.

I get what you're saying but you know that Bethesda can afford it their games make bank. Even starfield being so disappointing and half baked sold like hotcakes

sure it works most of the time but it is a really barebones system that had nothing to do with the fallout series beforehand. The fact that they spent a chunk of the game's Budget on that mechanic instead of actually adding to the story and role playing opportunities in the game just goes to show how backwards bethesda is with their development. They hold on to two incredibly popular legacy franchises but with each new entry they lose a little more of what made those franchises popular at all

Bethesda really does hate you having any player agency. Fallout new Vegas's story is so well regarded not just for its writing but because you can basically make your own custom ending by ruling the strip. Bethesda probably wouldn't even know how to program that

Everyone wants to live in a post-apocalyptic setting until they run out of water, food or toilet paper

They were also paid professionals if the photos got out at the very least you knew who to blame and they would lose their job

Depends on the game. It is pretty much fact at this point that if you make your game a hyper competitive shitfest the community will be toxic as hell. But if the game is focused on cooperation the community will be great for the most part.

I feel like similar to the recent helldivers 2 boom that had people up in arms this is mostly a group just playing along for the immersion and lols but people misunderstand. Im sure there is a group that genuinely gets super wrappednup in the setting and its extreme ideals but i find in most groups the people complaining about the extremists are far more common than the genuine extremists themselves. Tldr: im sure the problem exists but i think people really exaggerate how prolific it is

Honestly the internet is such a pandoras box in so many ways especially for young folks. Not that the companies that run it care to make it safe for young viewers at all
