In the german sauerkraut my I usually eat there is only salt and white whine added
The raw ground pork in our grocery stores is usually for cooking :P you have something similar to fresh mett but i think it has to be smoked
Polish vodka fits to everything because its the best you can find imo :P
I don't know if it's a specific kind of pork, but the butcher is only allowed to sell the mett if it was produced at the same day.
