#13 Years ago as a kid, I went to Cheddar's and ordered one of their giant cookies, and asked for it medium-rare. The waitress told me that the chefs got an absolute kick out of it, and they absolutely nailed it. That cookie came out hot but gooey and amazing. So what I'm saying is, you can!
Minnesota knows how to deal with ice, capitalized or not.

I remember my aunt who was a paramedic in Alaska telling me about one spot where an island is connected to the mainland at low tide, but not high. So many people get stuck in the mud on that land bridge and drown as the tide rolls in. Except one guy that they tried to rescue by using a rope connected to a helicopter to lift him out. He got pulled in half instead.
