Buddy, I’ve been to that dark place twice in my life. The first was in college when I felt I wasn’t good enough and everything was too hard.The second was the birth of my son.This time I knew what was going on and sought help and got therapy. I got given advice as I’m not in the same position. Just know I understand and feel you as you are in this dark place.Know you aren’t alone, but are there for other reasons.
