My answer to that used to be "Only 50% want to stop him". However, I think that number is shifting larger. I live in Texas and I've watched the die-hard supporters start to lose faith in him. Surprisingly, it's due to ICE. A lot of republican Mexican Americans have been targeted in our communities. That has sent waves of dissent through conservative circles here.

Developer margins are nowhere near that large. I worked in the office for a builder and they were bumping up against break-even on homes where any unexpected costs came up, like material price increases. Now, they weren't a large national builder, but they were still building whole subdivisions.
