Some medians and road shoulders are within city boundaries but are owned and/or maintained by the county or state. There are a few that are installed at the incline of the Turnpike over pass, owned by the State. Gotta check ownership of the parcel these are installed on as well. The city or county public GIS can give you more information.

He may have to cover the costs of a mold report with the recommend corrective actions. Local code enforcement doesn’t have the licenses or testing equipment so they will use the report as evidence in the code case. Even then, if the problem has spread to it he areas of the residence, you may be required to relocate while the work is being done but hope you can return.
