When it started with "Tiny Explosion", I was hoping that 4 through 1 would be progressively bigger explosions. Oh well.
if this is 50% of the people, and it's a democracy, why don't they just overturn the government and fix this shit?

Why would a dog need to go in a building? Aside from a guide dog, but those are trained to not break stuff anyway. I've never taken my dog inside anything like a store or museum or whatever.
