Then she slowly walked to the lab, grabbed him by the scruff of the neck, and threw him cartwheeling end over end into the ditch on the other side of the road. Then she laid back down so her pup could climb on her again

The guy in grey did not shoot the gun in the street. That is misinformation. You can very clearly count every shot and see it from multiple angles. Black hat fired first with 5 rounds, and tan hat fired second with five rounds.
