Hold up, where are you from? We used to say a prayer like this in San Francisco. The story goes: there was a famous drag queen that sadly contracted AIDS and whenever friends came to visit we prayed to find parking quickly so we could spend as much time with our friend as possible. And sure enough, immediately after recital we'd find a prime spot nearby. Their name was eventually incorporated

Every 3-6 mos for me. Injections around scalp, base of skull and lower lumbar along the spine - because of migraines and muscle spasms - caused by slipped discs pinching and damaging nerves - caused by a foot and ankle surgery (ironically to alleviate chronic pain) as a teen- caused one leg to be longer than the other - caused my spine to deform into an S-curve tilting some discs (created a different chronic pain)After several years of this, I don't need them anymore - Spine fixed
Haven't read but does the amount reflect inflation, seems low
My fat ass thought it was chocolate, too, hoping for giant Choco bar making
