If there's a pause you stop (taking your finger off a piano key for example). You can see it in the video, too. With no pause the pen is held down, with a pause it snaps up.
I'd give it a pass this time. It's the theme from Howls moving castle, in which a fire demon (calcifer -> title) inhabits a hearth and cooks various foods. I'd say the music fits the video quite well. Plus it's beautiful.

I'd imagine she's very aware that the orcas want to eat the seal and doesn't know whether they would attack the boat to get to it. At the same time not wanting to injure the orcas with the boat motor? Idk that's what I'd make of it.
What somewhat worked for me is offering sth to eat (I fed them peanuts). I started in winter, because they didn't find as much else to eat. Start off by throwing some in their general direction when they are near. establish a routine, always around the same time of day and don't make too much eye contact. And be very patient.

AFAIK it's extremely difficult to become one, at least in Germany. You need a degree in consucting which involves being able to play (1/2)
