Mushroom are grown quite steril in kind of farms. You may Google it... So brushing the dirt of is good enough. Just give it a try :)
They soak up all the water like a sponge so they can not soak up the flavor from the stock and Marsala so easily.
Looks nice and tasty. But please never ever rinse shrooms. Try to brush the dirt away...
