I found the spot for me. The $2000pp monthly rent in that spot told me to go to the Bronx.
NY drivers do exactly the same. You can hardly walk by an intersection without hearing horns

Divide the top by the bottom to get decimal. 3/16 = 0.1875. the number in front is a whole number, so 2 3/16 would be 2.1875.
