You're both bringing valid points. @dagg3r there would've been crossections that can't 100% interlocked because of how lego is, though.
Yeah as i wrote it i was thining there would still be fault lines through it. But still it could have been put together a bit more interlock
Yeah, there would be minimal fault lines, and with optimizing the edges to be as round as possible there wouldn't be as much shock imparted.
