agreed... those moves are for a purpose and she nails them. I've seen a similar gal who is a professional model for clothing/etc go through her routine and in just a sitting position and about 30 seconds I figured there were in excess of 100 very usable shots from the camera(wo)man. A huge return on investment. This gal same same.
