Not gonna lie she is definitely rocking that and accurate but in the video her level of fatigue makes me think she does t actually do this regularly and is for the video. Even still she's impressive

Bless her heart, that's absolutely back breaking work - and she's doing it without gloves. I'm not sure how heavy that hammerhead is, but I know how heavy it feels. I've dug graves and turned sod by hand, drove stakes into the ground etc - I can't stress enough how important it is to do work like this in a rhythm while using the least amount of force possible if you want to use your hands for the next couple days

That's what I was thinking, too. The one I use (that belonged to my grandfather) looks very similar. The guy who taught me stuff like keeping the head close to your body, letting the hammer's weight and gravity do most of the work, stuff like that.
Nothing but respect for this lady, because I'm 100% certain she's way tougher than I am.
