The dude put a can on his 9mm handgun and used sub-sonic ammo, but failed to update his recoil spring to account for the reduced recoil, so he got 3 FTF and had to clear the malfunctions all 3 times, thus leaving more evidence behind (3 unfired cartridges on the ground). Universal healthcare was one of the things pushed by President Wilson in his "New Deal" to help recover from the depression. But the AMA lobbied to shoot it down. And when I said I was blaming Reagan, I wasn't referring to the healthcare system, I was referring to the whole system. Reagan and his Citizens United BS gave more rights to corporations and CEOs than the average citizen. I'm not talking just about healthcare.

I've been saying for awhile that with all the crooked judges and especially with Trump breaking laws and becoming the president anyway that people will lose faith in the justice system and vigilante justice will likely rise. Ought to look at Workers Comp for denials. In the 15 years I've had my back injury, I've had 9 approvals and 6 of those were in the first year. They deny everything else. It's automatic. They get 'experts' to deny the claim and their 'experts' will straight up lie to you in order to get you to talk so they can get ammo against you. I still have sibo from sepsis because I was denied rifaximin (insanely expensive) when all other antibiotics failed.
I appealed three times.
Denied for: IBS (don't have), pregnant (never), 'alternatives to treat sibo include antidepressants and I should take those in lieu of antibiotics' (what the actual fuck).
Sibo can be treated with diet and supplements, and I'm doing it, but it is a giant pain and can take years to fully go away so yeah...
No tears for this dude.

From one sibo patient to another, sometimes rifaximin isn't enough. The biggest key is finding out what the cause is and working with that. Motility, enzymes, Acid, etc. I've treated mine with Rifaximin previously and still have it. It's not a cure all, especially when there is an underlying cause that allows the bacteria to move back up to the small intestines

Mine was from septic shock and having a PICC line for months. I also have three autoimmune disorders and the DMARD made it 10x worse before it was diagnosed.
Rifaximin can require multiple rounds, and still requires dietary discretion, but it gives you a huge jumpstart. (Antibiotics alone won't treat severe sibo)
But instead of getting that jumpstart, I'm 8 months into the ultra strict no fodmap diet + standard process protocol and it sucks.
With the Rx I'd likely be done, not halfway.

Rifaximin is the gold standard for the type of sibo I have and my GI said he had incredible results combined with the fodmap diet, yet I was denied four times (three appeals) for reasons that had absolutely NOTHING to do with the diagnosis.
I'm 8 months into the 2 year fodmap protocol, but I could've been sibo free by now with the 'help' of that antibiotic.
TLDR: Privatized insurance is forcing me to modify my entire life for 2 years to save a buck.

I think it's maybe more of a "We don't have the specific reason. Maybe a loved one dies because of United Healthcare, maybe the shooter has a terminal condition. Maybe they were hired by someone with one of those motives. Maybe it was because he was making an obscene amount of money and underpaying the shooter or someone related to the shooter. If the money makes it to the first, it may be to fund their continued cop-dodging (aiding and/or abetting them) OR to pay for a lawyer (who has to advise surrender anyway), but the second can only really spend it on lawyers if they want to dodge consequences
