Limited payment options where you can only pay by mail, in office, or online no earlier than the exact day with a grace period after. Office closed on holidays and no rent drop... Just a PSA for anyone else in similar circumstances - I already took care of mine.

"Postings from the 3rd world." You really need to switch to modern banking. In Germany (and most likely rest of EU very similar) you simply either set up an automated transfer on a certain day or you allow the landlord to direct debit it from your account.

I don't trust any automated payment like that. It's too much money to permit them to 'accidentally' bill me twice, which has happened.
