Quick question….If something is named a “Memorial Center” doesn’t that mean that whoever it’s named after is supposed to be dead? I mean, something needs to be fixed ASAP.

But it can also be used to remember an event
If that event was solely caused by one person then it can be a memorial of a person acting rather than a memorial that they lived
