So I build bombs, and work with explosives......

(Basically learning how to do my job) and we realized that we installed some components backwards. Now that I actually work with live explosives people still manage to throw things on backwards.

I totally don't disagree withe the guy, but just because you can ride it like a scooter doesn't mean you should.

This seemed like a scene straight from Final Destination. The vehicle backed into the bomb and it punctured the gas tank, the bomb he hit slid back into an electric motor for a large door. So we had a live bomb, fuel, and a damaged electrical motor all within 5 feet of each other. Not a fun time.

When you work with explosives, you develop a different sense of humor (really more of an affinity for trying to find gray areas). This line is a personal favorite of mine.

Every once and a while you'll be working on something that doesn't want to cooperate. So usually a hammer is the best option to try and fix it, and the same can be said for explosives.

CBU = Cluster Bomb Unit

Not a personal experience, but heard that if someone hits a bomb body just right with a vehicle it can spin up onto it's nose like a spinning top.

Many people think that explosives will go off if you even give them the slightest look, when the truth some explosives take quite a bit of motivation to go off. (Smaller explosions, triggering slightly bigger explosions, that finally trigger the main explosion)
