There was a video of an ICE agent running away with his gun just before they shot him, funny that, actual evidence doesn't count as evidence but lies do? No, a statement by someone not present during the murder doesn't count, that's called hearsay. "An office told me the suspect brandished his gun," is not allowable in court as evidence.
