Had to fix it for you

I mean don't blame leto for failure of his joker. Blame the big wigs that tucked around and made that movie the heap of deal it was.

I don't care, I liked suicide squad and thought he did a fine job. I feel they cut out too much of his screen time

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Dwight is still a better Joker than Jared.

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Agree with this, the animated Joker was the perfect one for me, but I'm biased I grow up with this show !

The hero we didn’t know we need

What about LEGO Joker?

Gotta have the LEGO!

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Man that movie is great.

6 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Really hard to hear Zach under the face

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Poor lego joker. People put Leto's joker up but not yours..

6 years ago | Likes 25 Dislikes 0

Huh? Leto played a joker? I'm pretty sure that blank space means those are the only ones

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

OP is just fighting around right now.

6 years ago | Likes 25 Dislikes 0

I wouldn't call ledger's anarchist but chaotic. There is a difference I believe.

6 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Anarchy implies no government. Chaos implies spontaneous, unadulterated actions. Destruction the most common result.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

One of the philospher who theorised anarchy wrote 'anarchy is order without power'. That's ideally how I see it so yeah i'd agree with you.

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

said it once, will say it again: BIRDS OF PREY Tv Joker is THE BEST Joker!

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 2

Probably because he was voiced by Mark Hamill.

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Yep!

6 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

The best Joker:

6 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 1

The first in his neighbourhood to get a confirmed kill.

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Yep. He's got that going for him.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

No one beats Mark Hamill Joker. Period. Mic Drop. Large Explosions in the background and f-16s flying by with colored gas blazing behind.

6 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 8

Also, the PERFECT Joker voice. I can find good points for many Jokers - Romero's expressive face, Nicholson's psychotic flair, Hamill's

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

voice - but I also agree with you. For *overall* best? Hamill's portrayal. No offense to the others. They're good, but he's the king.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I thought that movie was hot trash, and that Jared Leto did the best he could with a god awful script

6 years ago | Likes 54 Dislikes 5

I literally walked out of the movie 3/4 in. I couldn’t even finish it

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 2

I also think the same but that extends to some of the other actors too. As bad of a film it was, Margot Robbie tried to be a good Harley.

6 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

and terrible costume design

6 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 2

Just because people don't like juggalos doesn't mean it was bad costume design - I think that Joker could have worked with better writers

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I didn't even relate it to juggalos. The costume was bad because he had a grill and terrible tattoos of his basic characteristics all over.

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

"Murray, one small thing - when you bring me out, can you introduce me as The Mad?"

6 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

Sorry, but you're missing one. Mark Hamill absolutely killed it:

6 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 4

...But...Mark Hamill is already on the list? He voiced the BtAS!Joker.

6 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

So he wins twice for two different performances? I don't see a problem with that; do you?

6 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

And Birds of Prey, The Killing Joke, Justice League Action, and pretty much every other Joker appearance in the BtAS universe.

6 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

6 years ago | Likes 99 Dislikes 2

Wait. Why have we not got an infinite series of Batman-nodding replies?

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

The question is; why not?

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I think the Joaquin Phoenix Joker is the best Joker. That being said, Mark Hamill's voice is better, but the JP Joker laugh is best.

6 years ago | Likes 43 Dislikes 5

The acting was great, I have a harder time reconciling Phoenix's joker with the character's mythology, though. I still gotta go with Ledger.

6 years ago | Likes 36 Dislikes 0

Ledger's joker was a gift from the heavens to DC, I have to agree with you

6 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

(Please, nobody confuse this comment for me saying I didn't like Phoenix OR the Joker movie. Both were pretty amazing.)

6 years ago | Likes 21 Dislikes 0

It was a really solid film. I was surprised at the mismatched political angle some critics have used to attack it though. Very strange.

6 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

I get it. It's a controversial movie. The Joker is a sympathetic protagonist and through his lens (and thus, the film's lens) the violent(1)

6 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

acts he commits are justifiable and, to an extent, heroic. That isn't to say the movie is outright condoning violence, but I understand (2)

6 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

Where's the mexican joker?

6 years ago | Likes 18 Dislikes 2

You're in his flashback right now.

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Leto joker isn't even Bad/Funny where you can laugh at it like Batman & Robin. It's just overall terrible.

6 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 3

You shut your whore mouth! Batman and Robin was a masterpiece!

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

"Batman & Robin" is equivalent to the "The Room" in entertainment value.

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

So shitty it's good COMEDY to laugh at it in a meta perspective.

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I think Leto is taking the rap for a bad movie.

6 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

I like SS joker. Fight me

6 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 6

I agree. Fuck the bandwagon.

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Each to his own likes and dislikes. Suicide Squad joker, not his best role if I'm being honest. He could've done better if he tried.

6 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

I'm not arguing it was his best role. Just that I liked that version of joker

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Agree. It was a *version*

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I like him too! Ss was a terrible movie but the joker/Harley aspect was the best part.

6 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

me too... im super confused about all the hate. I thought he did well.

6 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 3

It’s a popular opinion to hate him.

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

6 years ago | Likes 675 Dislikes 4

Heath ledger's Joker was 'the trickster' archetype. He wasn't an anarchist. He just wanted to fuck shit up.

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Heath the G.O.A.T. I can watch the movie over and over

6 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 1

Me too, mee too

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Just recently discovered that we can apparently thank Heath Ledger’s improvisation for this GIF, wasn’t scripted to clap in this scene

6 years ago | Likes 42 Dislikes 0

What's really weird is the guy in the background actually was scripted to move back and forth in that weird dance.

6 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

A lot of stuff he did in the movie wasn't scripted.

6 years ago | Likes 25 Dislikes 0

Leto was not so bad. It was just different in his own way. #unpopularopinion

6 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 1

For the 2 minutes he existed in the movie.

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I actually like the first scene with him a lot. Crime Boss Joker is something we haven't seen before. Though i'd add Camerons Jerome.

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Mark will always be the Joker to me

6 years ago | Likes 24 Dislikes 2

You'll be able to see him on the CW shows as The Joker this fall for a few episodes

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

After reprising his role as The Trickster on Flash? Interesting. Also one of the episodes of Justice League Action was pretty good, it was a

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Mark Hamill heavy episode. MH (voiced by MH) gets kidnapped by Joker and Trickster (both voiced by MH), and eventually rescued by Swamp

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Thing (also voiced by Hamill).

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

He's played the Joker over the longest time. I think he nailed the fine balance of whimsy and menace that embodies the Joker.

6 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

I agree. He has the right balance of comedy and creepiness that I haven't seen too many people match yet.

6 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

huh?

6 years ago | Likes 28 Dislikes 4

Leto Joker bad.

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

a Heath Ledger fanboy didn't like a version of the Joker.

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

No leto joker

6 years ago | Likes 52 Dislikes 0

Nice pidgin english.

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

We don’t mention that name round these parts.

6 years ago | Likes 26 Dislikes 0

I will say this until the end of time! I liked Leto's Joker! There are dozens of us! DOZENS!

6 years ago | Likes 18 Dislikes 22

6 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

6 years ago | Likes 24 Dislikes 0

Why?

6 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

It was different that any other. I appreciate the unique take on a psychiatric gangster.

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

SS joker is the mumble rapper of jokers. Change my mind.

6 years ago | Likes 826 Dislikes 21

The best Joker is the Joker you don't like. You're not supposed to like the Joker.

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 3

Lol you ARE supposed to like the joker. The character is designed so you identify with the sense of insanity and chaos that he produces...

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Are you joking? The whole point is that just because you identify it’s still breaking the law and that’s bad.

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Change your mind? No, no I don't think I will.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Burden of proof is on you. You made the declarative statement. Support it.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

You cant really prove an opinion though. I think. Idk im just yere for the points.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I've at least heard some good beats on mumble rap songs, so don't go ruining it's good name by comparing it to emo clownboi

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

more die antwoord than mumble core but still technically "rap" i guess

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It so bad, I didn't get the reason why it was left blank at first. Had to see your comment to even remember there was an attempted SS joker.

6 years ago | Likes 45 Dislikes 1

Same

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I didn't get to see enough of his performance to really make a determination

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

ssj made me think of super saiyans bc im a weeb

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It was also produced by one of trumps goons. Steve mnuchinunmnunmm.... so everyone who likes it, hates.... I dunno Turkey or whatever.

6 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 9

His last name is actually mnuchanimmnurrrm get your facts right

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

He is the Criss Angel of Jokers

6 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 1

Lil jokEr

After seeing Suicide Squad I went and watched Christian Bale hit Jerrod Leto in the face with an Ax on Loop for a while. It helps.

6 years ago | Likes 81 Dislikes 0

6 years ago | Likes 24 Dislikes 0

I paid so little attention to that movie that I briefly was wondering where you were getting a Super Saiyan Joker from.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Thatd be pretty sick actually.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

No, music taste is subjective—SS joker is *objectively* bad

6 years ago | Likes 40 Dislikes 7

Bold of you, calling mumble rap music.

6 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 4

Some people like mumble rappers some people like deathcore screamo different tastes but it's all music to someone

6 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

I get what you're trying to say, but I read that as "some people are wrong about what qualifies as music" ... namely mumble rap fans.

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 2

Sadly you missed the point then my friend I was saying people like all types of music and thats good

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Yeah, and cici's is "pizza"

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Unpopular opinion: SS was so heavily edited that a lot of Leto’s scenes were cut and I think that contributes a lot to its bad reception.

6 years ago | Likes 52 Dislikes 11

Counter Conspiracy Theory: The combination of bad writing and Leto's acting necessitated the cuts to avoid violating the Geneva Convention

6 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Maybe a lot of them were cut because he was too obnoxious...

6 years ago | Likes 25 Dislikes 3

Also ledger did such a good job + with him dying means anyone who followed up was going to have an incredibly high bar to overcome

6 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 2

Phoenix has come the closest so far. I was actually surprised that he could almost match ledger's energy

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

To the point that I thought we were going to see how he got the scars

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Close? Ledger was an amazing joker. IMO I believe Phoenix matched if not surpassed him. He carried the movie so well.

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

You could have cut joker out entirely of the movie and it wouldn't have changed basically anything. He was there as movie bait.

6 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Fully agreed. His arc was completely unnecessary and the way they wrote him was just bad altogether.

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

He should've been the main bad guy of that movie

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

A sliced up turd sandwich is still a turd sandwich.

6 years ago | Likes 21 Dislikes 6

It’s just hard to know if they cut anything that would have allowed a more developed Joker. Because Leto is a good actor objectively.

6 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 2

I feel like objectively is becoming the new literally. It's been used an intensifier not it's actual meaning.

6 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1
